Getting in
- How old do I have to be?
- 21 or older. You confirm it before entering the site and you show valid government-issued ID in store.
- Why do I have to pick a store?
- Menus, prices and deals are set per store. Choosing one is what turns the catalogue into what is actually on the shelf.
- Can I change stores later?
- Any time, from the store button in the header. Your bag starts fresh because stock and pricing do not carry over.
Ordering
- Can I order online right now?
- You can build a bag. Checkout turns on once the point-of-sale integration is connected.
- Pickup or delivery?
- It depends on the store — each one lists what it offers on its page. Delivery zones and fees come from the client.
- How long is my bag held?
- Pending. Hold windows are set by the store and confirmed with the point-of-sale integration.

- What do the vibes mean?
- They are our own way of browsing: start from how you want to feel instead of a strain name. They are a shortcut, not a medical claim.
- Where do potency numbers come from?
- Pending. Potency and lab results are published only from the client's own certificates of analysis.
- Do you have returns?
- Pending. The return policy comes from the client.
